Luke Bucci, PhD

Dr. Bucci holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences (Biochemistry and Cell Biology), from the University of Texas Health Science Center. He previously was the Research Director for Biotics Research Corp., and then served as the first Director of Science and Quality at SpectraCell Laboratories Inc. Dr. Bucci was Vice President, Research for Weider/Schiff Nutrition for over 17 years, and Research & Scientific Affairs Specialist for Schiff Nutrition after its acquisition by Reckitt Benckiser in 2013.

Daniel Tripodi, PHD
Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Tripodi holds a PhD in Immunochemistry from Temple University. He has published extensively in the fields of immunochemistry and immunology, and holds several patents, for both drugs and devices. Most of Dr. Tripodi’s industrial career was with Johnson & Johnson for more than 20 years. 

William Franke, PhD

Dr. Franke founded Heart Blend Foods, LLC, a research and development company that specializes in the development of heart-healthy foods. Dr. Franke is Associate Director of the Center for Advanced Foods at Rutgers University and is an expert in the area of product development and food regulations, especially as it relates to functional foods and nutraceuticals.

Richard Garian, DC

Dr. Garian is a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician in Massachusetts, with 30 years of clinical and scientific research experience. Dr. Garian’s experience includes post-graduate studies in the field of biochemistry at the University of New Hampshire, nutritional studies at the Harvard School of Public Health and over 300 hours in chiropractic orthopedics.

Nelson Scarborough, PhD

Dr. Scarborough has extensive experience in the development of orthobiologic products for bone and soft tissue repair. Dr. Scarborough served previously as the director of advanced research at Covidien. He earned his PhD in Pharmacology at the Medical College of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry at Furman University.

Jaquel Patterson, ND

Jaquel Patterson, ND, MBA is a naturopathic physician with over 10 years of clinical experience and is the current President for the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians. Her practice focuses on autoimmune conditions and chronic immune dysfunction, bone and joint pain, Lyme disease, asthma and allergy, childhood disorders, anxiety/depression and women's health. After completing her undergraduate degree at Cornell University and working a few years in the business field, she pursued and completed her doctoral degree at the University of Bridgeport, College of Naturopathic Medicine. She is the co-chair for DMHAS Statewide Integrative Medicine Collaborative, served on the Provider Advisory Council for the State of Connecticut's Patient Centered Medical Home and Advisory Board for the State Innovation Model.

AnnAlisa Behling, ND

Dr. AnnAlisa Behling, N.D. received her Bachelors in Psychology at Duke University in Durham, NC and Doctorate degree from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR. NCNM is the premier institution of the five accredited Naturopathic medical schools in the country. With her doctorate she practices general family medicine with emphasis on natural and complementary therapeutics.
