Ingredients:
3 whole garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (approximately 1 medium lemon)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
4 6-oz skinless salmon fillets
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine all the ingredients except the salmon in a medium mixing bowl.
- Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil (to prevent sticking).
- Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish.
- Pour the garlic-lemon mixture over the salmon evenly.
