Ingredients:

3 whole garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice (approximately 1 medium lemon)
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup white wine
¼ cup fresh Italian parsley, chopped
4 6-oz skinless salmon fillets

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine all the ingredients except the salmon in a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil (to prevent sticking).
  4. Place the salmon fillets in the baking dish.
  5. Pour the garlic-lemon mixture over the salmon evenly.
  6. Bake for 15 to 25 minutes (depending on the thickness of the fillets), checking after 10 minutes for doneness.
  7. The salmon is done when it’s flaky but not dry.
